I got a blog award from Duni at Lovely Purses a month or two ago and have not yet had the time to put my list of blogs together and acknowledge them all.
Thanks for bearing with me in my attempt to take a break while still being busy. A list is on the way in the near future.

as for being a fabric junkie...I'm getting better :)
I've found that I really like recycling stuff. I have a lot of clothes in mint condition, but not suitable for me to be wearing at my age - that's a lot of fabric to make into bags!
I like acknowledging other blogs with the awards...not having had the time bothers me...I know it wasn't meant as an obligation.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat with the fabric...I've been hoarding lots of fabric for a few years since I stopped sewing so often and am just now using some of it to make a few things...I'm even cutting up some stuff I can no longer wear as extra fabric...
It's a great feeling to recycle it, isn't it? It's also a great way to clean out that bit of closet space.
